What the Forum Is


A Year-Long Container

The Forum runs for twelve months. It is not a course with a graduation date — it is a sustained, evolving container that does its deepest work over time. The women who join are not looking for a weekend breakthrough. They are making a year-long commitment to their own transformation.

An Intimate Cohort

No more than fifteen women per cohort. At this level, the women you sit with are as important as the facilitation. Every member has been selected with the same care you would bring to choosing a business partner — for their depth, their readiness, and their capacity to contribute to the room.

Monthly Deep Work Sessions

Monthly live sessions of two hours with Devi. These are not group coaching calls where everyone gets five minutes. These are substantive deep-work sessions where the group does the kind of collective excavation that only becomes possible when a cohort has built genuine trust and shared context over months.

Peer-to-Peer Architecture

The Forum is designed to create genuine peer relationships — not networking in the transactional sense, but the kind of mutual witnessing that senior leaders almost never experience. The women in the room understand what it costs to lead at this level. They are not asking you to explain yourself.

Direct Access to Devi

Between sessions, Forum members have access to Devi through a private channel for questions, reflections, and the moments of clarity — or confusion — that do not wait for the next scheduled call. This is not a support inbox. It is a direct line to someone who knows your work and your patterns.

An Annual Intensive

Once per year, the Forum convenes in person. Location varies. Attendance is strongly encouraged. The shift that happens when a group that has been working together virtually finally occupies the same room is something that cannot be replicated online, and it accelerates everything.
